Sultanspices.es(hereby referred to as Sultan Spices) is a service owned and operated by Sultan Zaheer SRL, with registered business address at Camino de Guadalmar a la Loma 8, Málaga 29004, Spain. CIF: B93604924. The official website is sultanspices.es.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the order of a product offered on the website sultanspices.es, the customer explicitly accepts these General Conditions without the need for a signature.

2. PRICES

Products remain the property of Sultan Spices until the full payment is made.

3. ORDERS

Orders can be placed on the website sultanspices.es. Contractual data between the customer and Sultan Spices will be confirmed and collected before shipping.

Sultan Spices reserves the right to cancel or reject any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment Methods
Payment for any purchase on sultanspices.es can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and/or other similar cards).

Transactions are confidential and encrypted using SSL protocol. Sultan Spices does not have access to customers’ bank details and does not store them on its servers.

Sultan Spices verifies the reliability of data provided during an order to prevent fraudulent use. Customers may be requested to provide a copy of both sides of their valid ID and proof of address. Orders will not be shipped until the documents are received and verified.

5. SHIPPING

5.1 Shipment Methods and Service Provider

Sultan Spices exclusively engages the services of MRW Shipping Company for the delivery of products. The selected shipping method is the MRW 19H Weekdays Delivery Service, aiming to deliver products on weekdays within 19 hours from the moment of dispatch.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

While Sultan Spices endeavors to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, it is acknowledged that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Sultan Spices shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or any other event affecting the normal operation of the shipping service.

5.3 Order Processing Time

Orders placed on sultanspices.es are typically processed and dispatched within the shortest possible time frame, considering product availability and payment confirmation. Sultan Spices strives to provide accurate estimations of delivery times; however, these are subject to change based on the actual shipping circumstances.

5.4 Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. This email will include details that enable the tracking of the shipment through the MRW Shipping Company’s tracking system.

5.5 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. These charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

5.6 Undeliverable Packages

If, for any reason, MRW Shipping Company is unable to deliver a package to the specified address, it will be returned to Sultan Spices. In such cases, Sultan Spices will attempt to contact the customer to arrange re-delivery or provide further instructions.

5.7 International Shipping

At present, Sultan Spices only provides shipping services within Spain. International shipping is not available.

5.8 Changes to Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping information. Any changes to the shipping address must be communicated promptly to Sultan Spices. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

6. CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, AND RETURNS

Sultan Spices reserves the right to cancel or partially cancel an order if the product is out of stock, no payment has been received, or if the order does not comply with these General Conditions.

7. WARRANTY

If you receive a wrong or defective product, contact our customer service at hola@sultanspices.es within 15 days of receiving the order. After this period, Sultan Spices is not responsible for any product issues.

Products comply with Spanish legislation. Images represent products accurately, accompanied by precise descriptions.

9. SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

In accordance with Spanish law, the sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years old is prohibited.

Sultan Spices only sells products to adults (18 years or older). Customers declare to be adults (18 years or older) and capable of contracting by accepting the General Conditions. Sultan Spices reserves the right to request a copy of a valid ID in case of doubt.
