Refund and Returns Policy

1 Returns Eligibility

Sultan Spices is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Perishable and consumable items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at hola@sultanspices.es within 14 days of receiving the product, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Await confirmation from our customer service team with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and any accompanying documentation.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

3 Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned product, Sultan Spices will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, the refund process will commence:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly, and customers will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.

4 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at hola@sultanspices.es. Provide clear details and, if possible, attach images illustrating the issue. Sultan Spices will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per the customer’s preference.

5 Cancellation of Orders

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them by contacting hola@sultanspices.es. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process must be followed.

6 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the part of Sultan Spices (e.g., damaged or defective product).

7 Modifications to Return and Refund Policy

Sultan Spices reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
